Seasonal - Responding to requests for help in-person and online
- Coordinating and organizing tickets with members of the tech department
- The ability to provide friendly, helpful and effective tech support to a variety of teachers, students, and staff members
- The ability to learn level 1 technology techniques for a variety of hardware and software systems
- The ability to accurately document tickets in Lakeside’s helpdesk system
- The ability to be on time and work through scheduled shifts. Lakeside is currently recruiting for a college student to help provide tech support at our help desk for 8-12 hours a week. Schedule is flexible to align with the student’s class schedule but would occur sometime between Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-3:30 PM in 2-4 shifts.

Hourly wage begins at $23 an hour with the opportunity for raises at the end of each semester. There is also the possibility of help with tech support certifications such as A+ or Network+.
