      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect information through customer conversations and ticketing system to address user's questions or needs
      - Provide tier-one support to the user community
      - Set up computers and/or printers for end-users
      - Update departmental documentation and ticketing system resources
      - Support various projects within Information Technology and the organization as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a rising senior, junior, or sophomore undergraduate student at Stevens
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
      - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Competency in Microsoft technologies and mainstream technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience
      - Familiarity with computer configurations, web browsers, email, etc.
