- Serve as the primary point of contact for Arden’s priority group students, offering comprehensive support and guidance.
- Organise and facilitate reasonable adjustments to ensure students have equal access to educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Wellbeing Services Manager, Head of Access and Participation, Students Association, EDI team, and Careers team to enhance strategies and processes that support student success and inclusion.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote a sense of belonging and achievement for priority group students.
- Proven experience working with care-experienced, care-leaver, estranged, or unaccompanied asylum-seeking students from diverse backgrounds.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant funding streams and experience advising on access to these resources.
- Strong capability in managing a complex caseload and performing under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of welfare, wellbeing, and safeguarding issues in higher education, with awareness of current sector challenges.

The Opportunity:Arden University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Wellbeing Advisor - Priority Groups to join our Wellbeing Services team. This pivotal role will focus on supporting our priority group students, including care-experienced individuals, care-leavers, estranged students, and unaccompanied asylum seekers. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in helping these students succeed by providing specialized advice and support tailored to their unique needs.

**You will be expected to travel to one of our campuses in the UK every 3-4 weeks.
