  Index Platform Management is seeking a college student to assist in documentation, data collection, and organization of business artifacts related to the Index Future State Platform.

  Deliverables

  • Smaller assignments that supplement FTE work including editing text, validating excel calculations, producing dashboards and metrics, and conducting research and information gathering
  • Build a Glossary of Terms – collecting commonly used and defined terms from various teams, artifacts (GIW, Confluence, Jira) and mapping inconsistent uses
  • Organizing Future State artifacts and requirements – consolidating locations of documents (shared folders and Confluence pages), identifying duplicate or inconsistent information or versions across artifacts and locations

  Qualifications

  • Rising Sophomore or Junior
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Available at least 3 days per week, 20+ hours
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Some exposure to business programming languages (SQL, Python) preferred
