- Create detailed program plans, including project tasks and timelines
- Actively monitor and coordinate the programs’ on-going activities, such as scheduling monthly routine roundtable sessions and de-briefs, communication with participants and speakers, and monitor program progress
- Assist in development of program communication materials for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate on program design elements and improvement
- Maintain speakers and participant database
- Assist in development and coordination of culmination service project event

- This is a Part-time Non-Exempt Student Worker position. Depending on the project cycles and workflow demands of the department, additional hours or workday schedule changes may be occasionally required. Must be willing and able to work occasional nights and weekends and a varying schedule.

- Observes all safety and health regulations and works in accordance with safe work procedures and policies of the University. Reports unsafe acts/conditions and injuries in a timely and proper manner

STUDENT WORKER JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Student Worker, Program Coordinator Internship
Department: School of Business and Communication
Non-Exempt
Part time
The Student Worker Program Coordinator supports the Faculty/Program Lead in planning, monitoring, and coordinating all program activities, including events, program developmental initiatives, email communications, and promotional efforts. This position is crucial to the smooth execution of the program.
Direct Report to: Wera Panow-Loui

Minimum
Currently enrolled student at Chaminade
Preferred
Student should maintain a current GPA of at least (2.5)
Experience in project coordination/management or similar preferred
Duties involve light work in an office and community setting and requires a minimum of physical effort with intermittent sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and walking inclines. Must be able to lift 2 0 pounds, walk the campus with ease, and have excellent motor skills. Must have finger dexterity. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand.
