      In this role you have the opportunity to

As a Student Worker in our Sales Back Office (SBO) team, you will gain valuable experience in contract administration, master data support, and general project support. You will be part of Nordic Sales Operation Organization supporting Philips Health System Nordic market organization, a team of 14 colleagues spread across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skills, network with industry experts, and enhance your career prospects.

      Your role

      • Contract Administration: Support the creation, review, and management of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

      • Master Data Support: Maintain and update essential master data in our systems to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

      • General SBO Project Support: Assist with various projects related to process improvement (e.g. LEAN), reporting, and system optimization.

      • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks to support the Sales Back Office team.

      Great, if you have the following

      • Currently enrolled in a university program in a relevant field

      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfortable in working with Microsoft Office Suite

      • Appetite for innovation and AI

      • Proficient in English, Knowledge in another Nordic language is beneficial

      • Availability to work part-time (approx. 20h/week)

      • Located near Solna (Sweden) or Copenhagen (Denmark)
