What you'll do
As a Studio Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organisational support to the Production and Planning team, particularly in relation to shoot planning and production of Photography and Video. Your responsibilities will include prioritising and organising tasks, maintaining clear communication with the team, tracking and reporting on production progress, managing resource requests, handling product sample management and ordering, raising and managing purchase orders, booking travel and accommodation, tracking shoot expenditure, and completing risk assessments. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and problem-solve will be essential in ensuring that shoots run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, strong communication skills, collaboration with various stakeholders, curiosity to learn about brands and production, and dedication to excellence will contribute to your success in this role.
Who you are
As a Studio Admin Assistant for the Marketing / Brand Communications & Creative department, you are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills. Your role revolves around providing administrative and organisational support to the Production & Planning team, specifically assisting Shoot Producers and Studio Production Executives in coordinating and executing photography and video shoots. With your impeccable attention to detail, information management abilities, and strong problem-solving skills, you ensure that shoot schedules are well-planned, deadlines are met, and production information is accurate. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and adapt to different personalities and skillsets in a production environment.
