Job Purpose

You will be a part of the Research & Development team, who develops and support a highly customized Framework for Web application development in .NET/C#.

This highly responsible position involves working in an Agile product development to Analyze, Ideate, and Prototype, Design, Develop, Test and support the custom framework.

Job Duties:

• Use Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, MVVM and Microsoft Workflow to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Design, code, test, debug and document Application Development Platform for .net Framework
• Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients
• Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to Web Platform
• Help define product features requiring software development
• Provide technical expertise across multiple areas of application development
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
• Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required
• Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers
• Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations
• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability
• Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Keep abreast of technical and industry development

Key Skills/Experience

• At least 3 to 6 years’ experience of using .NET development
• Must have a solid understanding of OOPS principles with .NET/C#
• Must have a Strong Development experience in latest Microsoft Web technologies.
• Must be thorough with of N-tier and N-layered architecture (MVC & MVVM architecture)
• Must have sound knowledge on JQuery , HTML and XML
• Must possess effective Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be High motivated and Self –starter who works on initiative without needing direction.
• Must be Really adaptable to changing conditions and work responsibilities
• Must exhibit Team player attitude, shows willing to accept direction from peers and contributes positively to the team.
• Should be able to join on a short notice (1 month)

Qualifications and Additional Skills

• BE (Information Technology or Computer Science) / MCA with overall first class
• Competent use of English (reading, writing and speaking)
