Job Duties
Develop and apply deep domain expertise to evaluate requirements and configure solutions to meet a wide range of investment accounting and reporting needs for Clearwater's largest clients. Strategize with development teams to enhance our product offering, improve our client onboarding experience, support sales efforts, shorten delivery timeframes, and develop repeatable, scalable processes. Lead tribe membership of technical/functional domain. Effectively communicate and collaborate global across the company to resolve problems and deep domain client inquiries accurately and efficiently. Responsible for helping translate the client’s business requirements into specific system applications, process design, implementation materials/training and SOPs, as well as developing thought leadership and whitepapers. Key resource for knowledge base and SOP documentation, lead efforts to drive client self-service. Manage assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources including sometimes working at customer sites.
May telecommute 20% of time (commutability to office is required).Job Requirements
Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a client servicing-related occupation.
