      Job Description:

      Develops requirements from project’s inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems). Assists other project members with analys i s evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life-cycle management ; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.

      K ey Responsibilities :

      • Provide the bridge between Mission end users of the systems to be delivered and those who are architecting engineering and/or developing the system.

      • Support the development, review, and analysis of Mission CONOPs, requirements, scenarios , and use cases that accurately reflect end users’ needs.

      • Assist project members with analysis, evaluation, and preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimizations, development, and maintenance efforts.

      • Support information management transformation .

      • Maintain cognizance of all operational requirements, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserves across programmatic and acquisition activities.

      • Articulate/white board ideas to all levels of management.

      • Provide lifecycle sustainment support.

      S kills :

      • Knowledge of CMI6 and enclave environments

      • Experienced in Active Directory to include A ctive R oles Administration Service (ARS) and G roup P olicy O bject (GPO)

      • Experienced in Azure file shares and Distributed File System s ( DFS )

      • Experience with CITRIC, VMWare Firewalls, and Exchange at the Tier 3 level

      • Experience displaying skill areas including operating systems (Windows, UNIX, LINUX), Virtual Desktops (Citrix, VMWare), User Management and Permissions, (Active Directory, Centrify)

      • Extensive k nowledge of M365

      • Knowledge of full lifecycle management techniques testing, integration, change management, security and authentication services

      • Experience conducting configuration management on V irtual D esktop In frastructure solutions

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Extensive Project Management experience

      Qualifications :

      • Must have one of the following DoD approved certifications to meet the category/level IAT-2 (DD 8570) requirement for this position: Security+, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), CASP, GCIH, or GCED.

      • Required Education & Experience : High School/GED (+ 20 ) years of relevant experience. AD (+ 15 ) years of relevant experience. BA/BD (+ 10 ) years of relevant experience. Master's degree (+ 5 ) years of relevant experience, or PHD (+ 3 ) years of relevant experience.

      The likely salary range for this position is $176,800 - $239,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
