      Successful candidates for a position in the subpoena processing department support U.S. Bank’s core values, which guide what we do every day:

      We are looking for an experienced paralegal that will be responsible for legal research, response to subpoenas, summons and other compulsory legal process served on the bank, file management and other assigned or routine tasks. Works under direct supervision using established principles, practices and procedures. Ability to determine and use appropriate internal and external resources.

      Job Highlights:

      • Subpoena processing, responding, and retrieving responses
      • Correspondence and send written correspondence
      • You will be required to learn banking policies and procedures and general banking products. You will be exposed to and interact with different internal departments across the bank (branches, requestors, law enforcements, attorneys, and other areas within the bank)

      This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

      Basic Qualifications
      - Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience

      Preferred Skills/Experience

      - Three to five years of paralegal, subpoena, legal processing and/or relevant experience

      - Knowledge of Hogan, Adobe, MS Applications and Excel and banking/financial systems and applications

      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

      - Good organizational and project management skills
      - Strong analytical, research, organizational and communication skills
      - Strong commitment to client service
      - Ability to work independently

      - Ability to manage large volume of multiple detailed tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
