Job Title: Subpoena Processing and Compliance Manager

Role Summary:

Integreon is seeking a full-time Manager to work as part of our fast-growing Subpoena Processing and Compliance (SPC) team in our Charlotte, N.C. office. As an SPC manager, you will assist the SPC Service Line Leader with various tasks associated with the provision of a suite of services related to various subpoenas, law enforcement requests, and other types of information requests. You will help oversee and manage global teams that perform intake, review, production for such requests and conduct other compliance-related activities for our diverse clientele, as well as drive other internal and external client projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, motivated, analytical, and organized solutions architect who is able to develop other team members and execute on sensitive matters with a bias towards providing excellent client service and operational effectiveness.

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, train and manage teams to provide various services related to the fulfillment of information requests
• Assess client process/workflow and provide design recommendations as needed
• Project planning, initiation, and report creation
• Interphase and collaborate with client teams and internal teams- (litigation operations, IT, marketing, audit, sales )
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
• Develop, maintain, and implement written internal policies and procedures, templates, and workflows
• Assist with the career development and performance management of SPC employees
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Perform legal and compliance research as needed
• Assist with business unit audits
• Assist team scheduling, client billing, and management of project budgets
• Database management (ex. SharePoint, etc.)
• Assist with creation of SPC marketing collateral and participate in speaking engagements and podcasts
• Assist service line leader with additional tasks as needed
• Ability to travel domestically and/ or internationally as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD from a U.S. law school
• 4+ years e-discovery project management and team management experience, global team management a plus
• 4 + years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role with a law firm, legal department or corporate compliance department
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a functional understanding of databases
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Visio
• Working knowledge of civil litigation and criminal litigation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience managing e-discovery, subpoena response, or other types of legal projects
• Six Sigma certification
• PMP certification
• Experience in technology, banking, or insurance industries is a plus
