You will be working with other members of the team that you are part of, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly. You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.Main duties of the job
You will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary frame work, that includes housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways. Youll also have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service. Interested in clinical development?

HM Prison Winchester is a local remand category B and C male prison, located in Winchester, Hampshire. It has an operation capacity of 706 with the mixture of remand and sentenced prisoners.
