    • Physical requirements such as repetitious hand and body movements, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing and reaching.
    • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with team members.
    • Vacuum, sweeps, mops, scrubs, and polishes hallways, classrooms, instructional areas, stairs and office space.
    • Picks up trash in building and grounds; empties all trash receptacles.
    • Replenishes all bathroom supplies and disinfects bathrooms.
    • Cleans snow, ice and debris from sidewalks and entrances.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by School Principal.

      POSITION SUMMARY: Madison County Public Schools is seeking Substitute Custodians. The successful applicant should possess a strong work ethic. The ability to complete assignments with promptness and precision is a must.

      REQUIRED:
      • Ability to left/move heavy objects.
      • Physical requirements such as repetitious hand and body movements, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing and reaching.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with team members.
      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Vacuum, sweeps, mops, scrubs, and polishes hallways, classrooms, instructional areas, stairs and office space.
      • Picks up trash in building and grounds; empties all trash receptacles.
      • Replenishes all bathroom supplies and disinfects bathrooms.
      • Cleans snow, ice and debris from sidewalks and entrances.
      • Performs other duties as assigned by School Principal.
      SALARY $90/day
