      Scope

      Houlihan Lokey’s Augmented Coverage & Execution team, an innovative group that assists Bankers in revenue generation activities, is looking for a proactive Success Analyst. We are looking for a results-driven candidate to engage and enable Houlihan Lokey's Bankers to achieve their desired outcomes. You will be the key contact to a portfolio of Bankers, assisting with onboarding onto the Augmented Coverage platform and maintaining ongoing relationships. This role is a heavily relationship-focused position.

      Responsibilities

      • Act as the face of the Augmented Coverage & Execution team to build and manage successful relationships with Bankers to assist in revenue generating activities

      • Provide insights to Bankers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform, setting our Bankers up to meet their objectives with the aim of helping grow our client base

      • Serve as a Sector Coverage expert and ensure strong product adoption across all partners and relevant stakeholders at all levels

      • Leverage the firm’s research and automation resources to identify potential opportunities across the firm’s lines of business

      • Work collaboratively with the Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot Banker issues and help influence our roadmap

      • Help collect and analyze Banker success metrics and data

      Qualifications

      • 1-3 years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably in the tech-enabled services or financial services industry

      • The ability to build relationships at all organizational levels

      • Excellent listening and presentation skills

      • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and the ability to work with internal partners to drive forward projects

      • Knowledge of investment banking preferred

      Salary Range

      Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation . The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

      $60,000.00-$80,000.00
