  At the end of this 12-month program, you will:u00A0
  • Manage a team of frontline employees
  • Learn Warehouse Management, including safety performance, dock management, equipment management, yard management, and loss prevention
  • Learn Inventory & Quality Control, including aisle audits, cycle counts, quality hold processes, and how to research an OS&D issue
  • Learn Customer Service, including order processing, tracking, and confirming shipmentsu00A0

  Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Recent Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (Graduates from August 2024 to May 2025)u00A0
  • Recently graduated military veterans strongly encouraged to apply
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Proven leadership skills and a drive to excel in a high-energy environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Relevant work or internship experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Willingness to lead by example, engaging in daily pre-shift meetings and team collaborations
  • Ability to accommodate various shift schedulesu00A0
