      What is the opportunity?

      You will participate in and support the operational activities of a business unit. You will apply your experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.

      What will you do?

      • Perform data driven root cause analysis
      • Develop and implement new or improved processes
      • Streamline and simplify reporting
      • Update and maintain procedural job aids
      • Testing processes
      • Maintenance of BFS Servicing intranet site
      • Building a business case supporting best in class solutions ensuring they are aligned with the North Star BFS Servicing Model
      • Assist with Banking Operations specific remediation work
      • Building and providing weekly/bi-weekly reporting

      What do you need to succeed?

      Required

      • Currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution
      • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada
      • Ability to grasp information quickly with a high attention to detail
      • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
      • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      • Strong conceptual thinking
