      GENERAL FUNCTION

      The EyeMed Account Management Program consists of three rotational assignments. The rotations occur within the commercial account management team, strategic partner account management team, and account coordinator team.

      * There is potential for a full-time job opportunity following successful completion of the internship program and college graduation.

      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Learn what it’s like to be an EyeMed Account Management Rep:

      • Participate in an annual business review presentation project. This will include researching a current EyeMed client, understanding their vision plan and utilization, learning about EyeMed offerings and presenting a mock business review.
      • Participate in Account Management assignments such as assisting in invoice and reporting requests, assisting with development of annual business reviews, training brokers/clients on EyeMed web portal, placing follow up calls to clients, and assisting with marketing programs and RFPs.
      • Work with EyeMed clients across different business segments including small-to-midsize, national, and strategic partnership.

      Learn what it’s like to be in EyeMed Client Support:

      • Participate in assignments such as processing client requests, submitting CRM updates, and working to resolve critical client issues.

      • EssilorLuxottica and EyeMed Onboarding
      • Account Management Processes
      • CRM and Systems Training
      • Annual Business Review and Renewals
      • Client Communication and Marketing Campaigns

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Seeking a degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications or a related field of study.
      • Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week.
      • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required on the first day of employment.
      • Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
      • A competitive spirit, self-starter attitude, and highly motivated worker.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, maturity and good judgment.
      • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
      • Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and evaluate priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      • Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Previous internship or work experience in similar functions/business units.
      • Leadership roles on campus and/or community involvement.
      • Study abroad or international exposure.

      Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
