We’re currently looking for a Digital HR Intern to join our team. The position will be at the Nissan Headquarters in Franklin, TN location and will be a full-time position in Summer 2024 .During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to become an integral team member and will have cross functional areas of learning which include: HR Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits support, and Nissan Digital.
Minimum Qualifications:
• You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or other technology-related fields.
• GPA 3.0 and above.
• Strong analytical skills and research capabilities. Ability to think critically about a problem and provide solutions.
• Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.Other qualifications:
Experience with HRIS systems. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or PeopleSoft. Technical experience with HR Systems is preferred.
