Starting in late April 2024 to August 2024, Freudenberg Performance Materials at Asheville will offer the following internship opportunities:
R&D Intern for Colback
R&D Intern for Enkamat
Project Management Intern
Product Sales/Customer Service Intern
Operations/Production Intern
Maintenance & Engineering Intern
Project Examples for 2023: Chip Schematic project, Bracket Redesign, Stage Gate Standardization, New Product Development, Scrap Analysis, Digitalizing Maintenance Library, Installation of Static Bars for a Production Line, and digitalizing Onboarding Process Documents
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferred degrees in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Textile Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
Preference is given to students graduating at least by 2025
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
