      This posting is focused on positions in the below areas:

      Capital Markets and Advisory (CMA)

      CMA was established in 1Q 2023 to create a single center of excellence for our leveraged, acquisition and event-driven financing across Wholesale Banking.

      CMA consists of:

      • Global Capital Markets
      • Corporate Finance (M&A and Debt & Capital Advisory)
      • Acquisition Finance
      • Loan Distribution Group (Syndications)
      • Corporate Investments (not yet in US)

      Main duties and responsibilities of roles for each business division:

      Assist CMA professionals with:

      Analyzing market data, comparables and trends, to provide guidance on pricing and structures for a variety of new transaction scenarios (leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, re- financings, etc.)

      Preparing materials to assist in obtaining underwriting approvals

      Assisting in the preparation of transaction marketing materials

      Preparing market research presentations

      Managing departmental reporting and record keeping

      Presenting thoughtful recommendations and analyses within and across teams

      Profile (What we’re looking for)

      Undergraduate college student, graduating in 2025 (preferred) in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field, with GPA of 3.3 or higher. Graduate students are also considered for certain roles.

      Liberal arts majors interested in careers in finance and banking are welcome to apply.

      Experience / Knowledge:

      • Prior internship and/or relevant financial experience preferred
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and especially Excel)
      • Financial modelling and credit writing exposure are helpful, but not required
      • VBA and/or programming skills are a plus, but not required

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, organized, and articulate manner

      The salary for this role is $35/hour with the potential for overtime.
