Our internship program is designed to provide you with a meaningful work experience that both enhances your technical skills and expands your understanding of the home building industry. Our goal is that the program will give direction to our interns in making a career choice after graduation.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Contribute and assist in the following areas:
  • Warranty Management
  • Construction Management
  • Project Management
  • Purchasing
  • Architectural Services/CADD
  • On-site Sales
• Provide additional support to the construction staff members as assigned
• Other duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires that candidates must be enrolled in a Construction, Business, or other related field curriculum.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel, management and customers is required.
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment is required.
• Strong judgment and problem solving skills required.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
