  The 2024 OceanFirst Bank Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time program for undergraduate college/university students located at our modern headquarters on the shores of the Navesink River in Red Bank, N.J. The 11-week internship gives students an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in their majors and explore the banking industry while also learning about the OceanFirst culture and core values. The summer internship begins on June 3, 2024, and runs until August 15, 2024.

  Essential Responsibilities

  Job Requirements

  1. Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  2. Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
  3. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to departmental products, services and procedures.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid keyboard skills.
  5. Must be reliable, dependable, and maintain a high degree of flexibility.
