- Seeking students graduating between December 2024 to December 2025.
- Must be currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
- Desired Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Develop an understanding of business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Collaboration with stakeholders within a matrixed environment
- Gauge effectiveness of current processes/procedures and develop solutions
- Ownership of project work with overlapping tasks within a specified deadline
- Support the development and implementation of the mid-long term product strategy for the global lithium business portfolio
- Partner with Product Management to align product recommendations and roadmap to the business strategy and optimize product market positioning
- Develop business cases and coordinate projects with Quality, R&D, Process Technology, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams
- Work on developing the prospect and lead pipeline for our new product MercLok(TM) in Canada, South America and Europe
- Support digital marketing strategies for awareness and promotion of MercLok(TM) to help increase project pipeline
- Experience collaborating with a diverse team across departments such as External Affairs, Sales, Product Management, R&D, etc.
- Partner with Finance and the Corporate Sustainability team on the governance, reporting, and disclosure of ESG data for our annual sustainability report
- Perform and document market research on ESG raters and rankers as well review our existing ESG policies to propose areas of optimization for Albemarle
- Document technical research and interpretations to support the Company’s compliance with regulatory financial reporting requirements

Albemarle is seeking students to join our Summer 2024 MBA Internship Program. The ideal candidate would be available to work full-time for 12 weeks from May 20th - August 9th.
