      This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company.       What You'll Do:
      As a Product Management intern at T-Mobile, you'll play an integral part in the development of internal and external products, platforms, and services. This role focuses on learning and understanding the process of creating experiences aligned with business purposes and outcomes. You'll be involved in finding opportunities stemming from customer problems or unmet needs, assessing technical feasibility, aligning with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and collaborators under mentorship to bring these opportunities to life.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct research to shape product vision and roadmap, contributing to understanding customer needs.
      • Explore areas for improvement in the customer experience, advocating for innovative solutions.
      • Analyze competitors and tech trends to advise product strategies.
      • Assist in crafting presentations and reports for management, providing valuable insights.
      • Help maintain dashboards tracking product success metrics, aiding in decision-making.
      • Support in maintaining product priorities, collaborating with partners to update the backlog.
      • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by sharing product knowledge and crafting user stories that outline requirements for development teams.
      • Play a role in operational support processes and readiness for product launches, collaborating with various teams like sales, marketing, legal, and finance, encouraging positive working relationships internally and externally.


      What It Takes:

      • Product Management, Product Thinking, Strategy & Insights
      • Experience using tools such as: Jira, Trello, Figma, and Miro
      • Experience handling complex projects in business or technology settings
      • Proven skill in effective communication with leaders and smooth collaboration
      • Familiarity with Agile project management tools
      • Strong writing abilities for diverse audiences
      • Analytical skills using data for informed decisions
      • Understanding of software and Agile Scrum methodologies

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Currently enrolled and pursuing Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Product Management, Technology or related field at 4-year college/university
      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States
      • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
      • Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location
      • Intern wages range from $20/hr to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
      • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

      • At least 18 years of age
