      This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

      The Program Manager will lead ongoing programs built to enhance the sales and operations process and experience. This includes collaborating with the Sales and Sales Enablement teams to provide support through lifecycle management activities. The person will be responsible for reporting program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate can quickly understand sophisticated issues, clearly articulate the impacts to partners, build a creative plan of action and develop an ongoing management cadence.

      What It's Like

      This person will be responsible for solving an existing business problem. Examples could include lack of clear process documentation, improving on existing processes or data mining to help solve a business need for 2025.

      What You'll Do

      Projects may include process documentation and/or process improvement. As well as data mining to extract key information to help set compensation plan strategy for 2025.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Provide ongoing program strategic direction for sales programs requiring lifecycle management
      • Lead planning efforts in support of various workstreams and key areas of the business
      • Evaluate performance data and analytics provided to sales leadership
      • Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions to key partners and leadership

      What It Takes

      • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or Computer Science.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
      • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

      Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education

      Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location

      Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
