      We’re currently looking for a Finance Intern to join our team. The position will be in Farmington Hills, MI and will be a full-time role for Summer 2024.

      The intern program sets foundation for ongoing competency-based development by providing our new Finance Analysts with opportunities to:

      • Contribute to analysis on costs for different vehicles and segments, and advise on vehicle purchase parts (Benchmarks)
      • Help to improve efficiency in cost management processes (Digitization)
      • Support budget forecasting and management report preparation
      • Consolidate progress reports, scorecards, & program schedules

      In order to qualify for this role, you must:

      • Currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field
      • Have a GPA of 3.0 or above
      • Have overall knowledge of the automotive industry
      • Be self-driven and willing to learn cost management way
      • Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      • Have excellent skills in data management and reporting
      • Have good communication and negotiation skills
      • Have familiarity with cost management processes
