Summer 2025 Intern - IT Corporate Functions – Frisco, TX

As a IT Corporate Functions Intern in Frisco, TX at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), this role will concentrate on enhancing the Employee Experience within KDP's digital environment. Your responsibilities will include pinpointing opportunities for system and process enhancements and collaborating with multifaceted teams. This position offers you the chance to work with an international team and contribute to initiatives that aim to improve employee engagement and embody the KDP culture. Shift/Schedule:

• The KDP 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from June 2 – August 8, 2025
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• Hybrid

As an Intern you will:

• Review and document current state processes and identify improvement opportunities with an employee experience focus
• Collaborate with diverse global teams across the organization to improve employee engagement and embody the KDP culture
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Manage concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines
• Have exposure to teams utilizing an agile approach to project management

Elements of the KDP Intern Program include:

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
