  Details About the AMN Summer Associate Program:

  • May 28th, 2024 through July 26th, 2024 (9-weeks)

  Details About This Specific Position:

  • This role will be onsite in the Dallas, TX office - 2-3 days a week
  • Part-Time work during normal business hours

  The Summer Associate, HR Project Management intern will assist with active HR projects during the internship period. The potential project efforts may include tasks such as Team Member Engagement Survey, AMN Assistant pilot, HR analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.

  The intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to project management and analytics in a corporate environment and develop experience in team interaction, leadership, and tools used in the project management environment.

  Minimum Experience:

  • Undergraduate student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall
  • Emphasis on Business/Human Resources and interest in consulting and/or project management.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

  Skills Needed:

  • Project experience preferred.
  • Excellent Excel & PPT skills along with data analytic capabilities.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating teams or projects.

  Pay Rate

  $17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

  Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
