About our Venture Studio
Oxeon, in partnership with our ecosystem, designs, facilitates and launches businesses that help people live healthier lives. Guided by a team of entrepreneurs who combine deep industry relationships with extensive startup experience, we seek unique opportunities to change the broken healthcare system.
Oxeon Venture Studio by the numbers:
- 9 Venture Studio companies launched over 7 years with collective aggregate valuation of $1B+
- Venture Studio companies serve people in more than 42 U.S. markets, helping with maternity through end-of-life care, and many other needs in between

We hire intellectually curious, gritty and collaborative people to join our small team. Summer Associates are expected to support idea generation, concept development and company launch. NewCos are launched when we have sufficiently vetted a concept and have a business plan that enables us to (1) hire a CEO/founding team (2) raise capital and (3) sign an anchor customer. We provide significant autonomy and support in shaping concepts, and have high expectations for each concept’s impact and financial success.
About our Team
Our unique business model and culture attract driven professionals who are endlessly curious and determined to make an impact. We build deeply trusted relationships with each other and our clients. This environment creates an exceptional opportunity for accelerated development — cultivating the next generation of healthcare leaders. Our commitment to diversity is infused throughout our culture and approach to building relationships within our ecosystem. It is also a core objective of our work. We believe that bringing more diverse perspectives to the leadership table is critical to fixing healthcare and to our mission to make people healthier. Click here to learn more.
We hold ourselves to six core values: Intellectual Curiosity, Resilience, Ownership, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Collaboration and Spirit of Generosity. These values guide our every action — from the way we hire, to how we invest, to how we serve our clients. We have big goals and work hard, but we also don’t take ourselves too seriously.
