  SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR

  SUMMARY:

  When you join the Y as a camp counselor, you’ll be trained and prepared to provide the best summer ever for young campers through a supportive environment that fosters fun, friendship, and lifelong memories.   THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:

  1. Meets a minimum age of 16 years or older

  2. CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, and Child Abuse Prevention training within 30 days of hire date

  3. Previous experience working with children preferably in a childcare setting

  4. Experience preferred in one or more areas: outdoor living, archery, boating, camping, songs/music, skits, sports, aquatics, recreational games, etc.
