- Supervise and engage with campers in camp activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Promote play, collaboration, and fun.
- Foster an inclusive environment where all campers feel valued and respected.
- Provide guidance in art projects and other camp activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp area.
- Collaborate with camp director to create a positive camp experience.
- Experience working with children.
- A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for arts and crafts.
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and camp director.
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and dependable.
Department Overview:
Rock Paper Scissors is an art exploration studio for kids in downtown Middleton. During the summer, we run full-day, one-week art camps with different themes. We provide a fun, welcoming creative environment for kids to explore a wide variety of art projects and play with open-ended materials. Although we have expanded our camp size this year, we are still intentionally small with just 20 campers per week. This ensures lots of creative freedom, peer connection, and individualized support. Our camp day includes art projects, open-ended making, outside play, a morning snack time and lunch.

Our 2025 summer camps run 10am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday, for 5 weeks:
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $20.00 Number Of Positions
2 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are seeking 1-2 Camp Leaders to join our team. The Camp Leaders will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children during summer art camp. This role requires strong leadership skills, a love for working with children, and a passion for arts and crafts. Help us provide an unforgettable summer experience!
