- In partnership with the CEO and Operations Director, coordinate the logistics of event planning for StartingBlock, StartingBlock members and ecosystem events.
- Be onsite for client events.
- Work with clients to troubleshoot issues with AV, catering and building access.
- Willingness to work early mornings, after hours, nights and occasional weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities.
- Passion for events, an eye for details and keen sense of customer service.
- “Can do” attitude.

- Strong Organizational Skills.

- Ability and willingness to respond to emergent situations and change direction with little or no notice.

StartingBlock - Madison's Startup Hub, seeks an Events Intern to join our growing team. This position will help manage event planning, coordination and support for events. We are a small team and are looking for “can-do” people with enthusiasm, energy and creativity.
