Basic math and reading skills

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds

Demonstrate a solid work ethic through diligent effort, good decision making, functioning as a good team player

Competitive starting wage of $20.75/hr .
- Job rotation and cross-training opportunities

12-hour, rotating shift schedule

Ability to learn the four core jobs
-
Glass Handler - packs glass onto racks
-
Fork Truck Driving - operate powered industrial vehicles in a variety of application
-
Closer – closes racks of glass using various packaging material
- Automation line operator – operates and monitors the automation/robotic equipment

Read a tape measure to the nearest 1/32”

Have clear command of the English language, both written and spoken
-
Ability to navigate on a computer in a windows based environment
-
Commitment to working safely, producing quality products, and meeting production schedules.
Summer General Production Positions
What's the Best part of a Summer job? Your days OFF. Cardinal's 12-hour shifts result in employees having half the summer off (never work more than 3 days in a row). Make great money working full-time hours and still have days off to enjoy the summer. This is an ideal opportunity for College Students (part time hours also available during the school year).
Cardinal FG, an established glass manufacturer in Menomonie, WI is looking for motivated and reliable employees to work in a state of the art continuous production environment.
