Collect, validate , and analyze data related to material flow, equipment usage, and labor efficiency, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Document and map warehouse processes across various sites to deliver operational insights, focusing on key functions such as inbound, storage, picking, and shipping.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to understand operational challenges and help identify improvement opportunities.
Identify and codify best practices and standards to create a toolkit that guides implementation and helps scale solutions across the network.
Leverage communication and organizational skills to understand the warehousing strategy and present known solutions as a structured menu of clear options that highlight key benefits.
Support the rollout and optimization of digital tools and dashboards across sites.
Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems aimed at improving warehouse processes.
A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and not graduating before December 2025.

Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola’s Summer Internship program is an 8- 10 week experience at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The Industrial Engineering Intern will be part of our Warehouse Transformation team supporting Commercial Product Supply within the Coca-Cola system. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and improve warehouse processes, identify and document best practices, and support the rollout of innovative solutions across the network. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, project implementation, and data analysis , while contributing to strategic warehouse transformation initiatives.
