      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Assist with maintaining various reporting trackers in Excel, as assigned.
      • Assist with updating housing choice voucher master list in Excel with information from new Housing Authority letters.
      • Assist with the submission of unclaimed property submission with the State of CA.
      • Assist with due diligence checklist items for refinances and/or investor buyouts.
      • Perform data entry duties in the Investment Central Asset Management database, as assigned.
      • Assist with general administrative duties, as assigned. Mail sorting, document storage, meeting coordination/scheduling, etc.
      • Assist with other Asset Management department duties, as assigned.
      • Actively participate in our culture of inclusivity.
      • Must have access to reliable transportation to travel during the business day to Eden properties, training sites and retail stores.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Hight School Diploma or equivalent.
      • Ability to give full attention to the needs of the department and actively look for ways to assist.
      • Desire and ability to learn new skills.

      PREFERRED SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

      • PC literate. Knowledge of basic computer Internet use and applications, (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
      • Good communication (verbal and written), decision-making and evaluation skills.
      • Experience working with diverse groups.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality.


      CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

      Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid California Driver's License and vehicle insurance.



      LANGUAGE, MATH & REASONING SKILLS

      Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


      PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
