      About the Role

      HARMAN’s diverse portfolio of businesses and customers offer interns a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of projects and practices. primary role will be to work with the Digital Web team on projects related to the HARMAN global SharePoint and Office 365 platforms and global corporate web sites


      Your Team

      This role will report to a leader in Digital Cloud Infrastructure & Security team, supporting the Cloud infrastructure & Security activities.


      What You Will Do

      • Assist in Cloud Management including operations, provisioning, security hardening and user management.

      • Assist in analyzing AWS policies and develop new focusing on Secured User Access

      • Assist in relatively small projects related to CloudHub and other automation

      • Assist in Security tools including but not limited to secure Cloud access and monitoring.

      What You Need

      • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Graduate program at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program

      • Degree must be in related area of work with courses in Computer Science or Information Management Systems or Business Administration

      • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher

      • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives

      • Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

      • Must be self-motivated and can work both independently and effectively as part of a team

      What is Nice to Have

      • Previous entry level work experience strongly preferred

      • Has worked with C, C++, Python, along with knowledge of networking.

      What Makes You Eligible

      • Be willing to work in an office in Novi, MI (hybrid)

      • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

      • Must provide own housing and transportation to/from work

      • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

      • Must provide full work availability from May 20, 2024 through August 9, 2024 and be able to work 40 hours per week depending on workload
