Job Description
- Req#: JR27085
- Respond to live sales-related customer inquiries by gathering initial data from lead and understanding customer needs.
- Enter leads into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking.
- Explore 3rd party data to identify potential leads and/or sales enablement data for sales teams.
- Compile multiple data points to deliver lists to sales.
- Determine most appropriate system for data to reside.
- Work with Outside Sales to outline best practices for follow-up.
- Explore creative solutions to building lead pipeline via programs, blitzes, outbound calling, etc.
- Support for CRM operation, training, and documentation
- Sales / Business analytics and reporting
- Problem solving / data analysis / root cause identification.
- Managing elements of team projects
- High visibility projects with exposure to
- Field sales reps and managers

- Business major or related field of study (Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Experience with Microsoft data analysis tools, especially Excel
- Highly detail oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Understanding of basic problem solving
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Interest to learn and ability to apply new tools and methods

Summer Intern – Sales Operations
The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with the Sales Operations team to document and implement standard sales processes for the Allegion Americas Sales organization. This role is expected to be a fully contributing member of the Sales Operations team and participate in the team’s projects, initiatives, and activities. The team will have initiatives that will improve the Inside Sales and CRM systems that the intern will required to lead.
