What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute research using qualitative methods such as usability testing and interviews
- Collect and analyze data, preparing research deliverables for product teams
- Communicate insights effectively to satellite and streaming radio product teams
- Collaborate with Design, Content Strategy, and Product Management to determine relevant research questions
- Assist in the assessment and enhancement of customer applications and experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current university student or recent graduate (graduating by May 2027 preferred)
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of human-subjects research methods and the music streaming landscape
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Google collaboration tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience in personnel management or team collaboration
- Knowledge of psychology, design, human-computer interaction, or ergonomics
