Program description:

The First Eagle Summer Inte rnship Program is a ten-week program based in New York for rising Juniors who are in the pr ocess of co mpleting t h e ir undergraduate degree in 202 6 . The program will commence in June and will provide students with an immersive and rewarding prof essional experience. This internship will offer students the opportunity to receive hands-on experience working alongs ide employe es and u nd er stand the inner workings of an investment management firm with a legacy committed to attractive real returns for cl ients over the long term.

Business Optimizatio n : This individual will perform various data analysis and content creation activities to assist the Business Optimization team with industry research, communications development, and management information reporting. The primary focus will be on artificial intelligence within the i nvestment m anagement industry and how First Eagle can leverage it to reimagine the way we work. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to assist the team with strategic projects coming out of the c ontinuous i mprovement d eep d ive sessions . Activities will include reviewing project plans, participating in meetings to capture notes and getting exposure to First Eagle’s enterprise project management tool, Monday.com.
