- Assist in creating and implementing data-driven marketing strategies across email, web, digital coupons, and social media channels.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including crafting content, setting up templates, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to manage and update website content using platforms like WordPress or similar CMS tools.
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, generating insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience behaviors, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop creative content for marketing materials.
- Assist in monitoring and managing digital advertising efforts, including pay-per-click campaigns and digital coupons.
- Maintain organized records of campaign data, marketing schedules, and performance insights.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall marketing effectiveness and customer engagement strategies.
- Other tasks as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about current trends and strategies in the industry.
- Familiarity with web and email platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, Cheetah/Marigold) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management tools is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is an advantage.
- Previous internship experience or coursework/projects related to marketing, advertising, or customer engagement is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience in the grocery retail marketing industry.
- Exposure to key marketing tools and software used in digital campaigns.
