Job Description

- Provide the summary of recent published articles for company products, competitors, and relevant topics to internal customers, regularly
- Search medical/scientific evidence for internal and external customers in a timely manner, as required
- Assist in review non-promotional & promotional materials in align with global/local regulation and SOP in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining proper filing and tracking of records
- Support operational aspect of medical affairs activities i.e. ABM, Consulting meeting
- Support to prepare Company-Initiated Study (CIS) according to ICH-GCP, global standards and local law and regulations i.e. IRB submission and notification processes
- Support to manage Investigator-Initiated Study (IIS) & Collaboration Study i.e. budget forecasting, spending and tracking timely, study progress follow-up closely, etc.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and prepare materials for meetings, internal presentations, and events
- Provide general administrative support to Medical Affairs team
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Pharmacy, Nursing, Life sciences, or related field)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- English communication skills (written/verbal) are a plus
