What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Innovation Lab and/or Program Managers with project requirements, scope, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration and trust
- Take ownership of project reporting and status updates
- Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues
- Prepare and assist in documentation as directed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a degree in health sciences or business
- Strong interest in Project/Program Management as a career
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve challenges in a business environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written and oral communication capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Practical experience with SmartSheet or similar project management software
- Motivated individual with a quick learning ability and intuitive problem-solving skills
