We believe in empowering you to take charge of your own career. That's why our intern d evelopment p rogramme is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of the consulting environment and how your studies translate into the real world.
Our intern p rogramme is a great opportunity to get a taste of what it's like to work on real projects with our clients across our business. With over 2,500 technical gurus, you'll have the chance to collaborate with industry experts who are at the top of their game. Working within our multidisciplinary network, which spans various markets such as water, defence , education, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, food and beverage, and power, you'll gain invaluable experience over your summer break.
As a n intern , you'll work on a variety of projects, ranging from small local initiatives to large-scale intern ational ventures. You'll be part of a team that delivers innovative solutions for our clients and communities, while being supported. You'll learn from some of the best in the business, develop your skills and network with other intern s and professionals. Plus, you'll have fun along the way!
For ten years, we have been growing students through our intern development programme; over the course of your intern ship, you will be working alongside our teams and other talented students on real-world business challenges. You'll also get to attend networking events and engage in interactive workshops. There really is no better place to gain real work experience and start making everyday better in our communities.
How long is the intern ship?
Our intern s usually start work in November after exams are finished. The intern programme is ten weeks long with two weeks off over Christmas and New Year's, so you'll finish up in mid-February.Is our Intern Programme the Perfect Fit for You?
Our intern p rogramme is designed for those working towards their degree or technical diploma in their relevant field. If you've already completed your qualification, we encourage you to explore our g raduate schemes, which are advertised separately throughout the year.
