What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute original research studies examining the validity and efficacy of assessments
- Design and execute original research studies investigating stakeholder perceptions
- Data cleaning and analysis
- Write and edit literature reviews
- Report design, creation, and revision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA in psychology, educational psychology, or related field
- Must be working toward Ph.D. in education, psychometrics, educational psychology, personality psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, or related field
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Proficient in statistical software (SAS or R preferred)
- Excellent writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Research Intern or in a related field
