      Role and Responsibilities

      The SEA Warehouse Operations team is seeking an intern for the summer of 2024. The Warehouse Operations team manages 17 warehouses for Samsung consumer electronics, including TV’s, Monitors, Sound, Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, and more. All warehouses are managed by third party logistics providers who are responsible for managing the daily operation. The goal of the internship would be innovating on existing products and processes while using emerging technologies and data analysis to identify new opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability. The internship would include manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data using programs like SQL, Snowflake, Excel, Tableau, and Python. The intern would also be working with department leaders to understand changes needed and collaborate on solutions for driving measurable change.

      Skills and Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Undergrad (Rising Senior) – Supply Chain Management etc.

      • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

      • Knowledge in Coding, Data Analytics and use of Python will be an advant

      • Must be able to work throughout the summer: 6/3/2024-8/9/2024

      • Required Reporting Location: 3 MacArthur Place, Santa Ana, CA 92707 (Office days required Monday through Thursday)
