Supervise, assign, train, monitor, review and participate in the work of summer youth responsible for a variety of solid waste weed and litter activities to include manual labor tasks; ensure adherence to Clean City Division safe work practices, methods and procedures; provide feedback on performance of individuals assigned to project; maintain effective working relations with those contacted in the course of work including the public.

This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug/alcohol testing.

This is an unclassified at-will position.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, counseling or related field, and

To Include five (5) years supervisor experience in a work or classroom environment working with youth.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Possession of a valid Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a valid City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire..
Background check, Pre-employment drug screen required.
Long pants and closed toe shoes are required; wear other safety equipment as required.
