      Brown & Brown is seeking a Summer Sales Intern to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV!

      Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team is excited to announce our 10-week summer internship program, designed to nurture the next generation of risk management professionals. This immersive experience offers talented students—whether pursuing their undergraduate or master's —a unique opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of risk management and insurance. Our program combines hands-on project work, insightful job shadowing, and dedicated professional guidance to provide a comprehensive understanding of our industry and jumpstart your career in this growing field.

      How You Will Contribute:

      • Analyzing client acquisition and retention lifecycles

      • Developing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

      • Conducting industry and product benchmarking

      • Performing claims analysis

      • Creating internal and external presentations

      • Observe and learn from experienced professionals during internal and external meetings, including client stewardship, carrier negotiations, and strategy sessions.

      Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

      • Interested in pursuing a career in risk management and insurance

      • Sophomore or Junior on track to graduate Winter 2025 or Spring 2026

      • Excellent communicators, both written and verbal

      • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

      • Detail-oriented and adaptable team players

      Pay Range

      $12.00 - $12.00 Hourly

      The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
