Job Description

- Join a team of experienced associates who build vehicles Canadians love to drive - the Honda Civic & CR-V
- Rotating processes every two hours within your assigned zone/department
- Assembling vehicles using state-of-the-art technology
- Work rotating shifts (every two weeks)
- Weekly attendance bonuses
- $1000 contract completion bonus
- Afternoon and midnight shift premiums
- Access to our on-site recreation center, including basketball courts, fitness and yoga classes, a baseball diamond, etc.
- Full-service cafeteria
- Uniforms and personal protective equipment (safety shoes, glasses, hats, etc. at no cost to you!)
- Climate controlled facility
- Must be at least 18yrs of age by start date, 2024
- Must be enrolled in a post-secondary institution for 2024 or 2025
- Ability to work a two or three-shift rotation with additional mandatory production hours on Saturdays and in-between shifts as required
- Experience working in a structured and fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Tolerance for repetitive work tasks
- Familiarity with using basic hand tools
- Understand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner and comply with a culture that promotes safety as a priority
- Ability to read, interpret and adhere to documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies.
