      Job Summary

      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Student to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

      Job Description

      The summer student will be exposed to a variety of tasks and areas within the Supply Chain department as well as the many business units of which support is provided to throughout the organization.

      Responsibilities:

      • Assist in the coordination and execution of supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
      • Support the team in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
      • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance and sustainability.
      • Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders.

      Desired Skills:

      • Strong communication skills (English required).
      • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency with MS Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
      • Ability to work well in a small team as well as independently.
      • Strong writing skills and experience with formatting documents to corporate standards.
      • Currently enrolled as a full time student and returning in the fall of 2025 in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).

      Working Conditions:

      • The work term is approximately 9-11 weeks: from Mid to late June to August 2025.
      • This position is a full-time, 5-days per week role based onsite at the Head Office located at 151 Slater St.
